Therapy is a space where you get to reconnect with all parts of you. I’m grateful you’re here. Maybe you’ve experienced moments of disconnection—from your identity, your body, or the “shoulds” you’ve lived under. In our work together, I provide a trauma-informed, affirming relationship where you can unlearn old messages, build confidence, and reconnect with what you truly desire—all at your own pace.

I see therapy as a creative, experiential space—we’ll think of it as a lab, where you get to try on new ways of being, relating, or feeling safe. With curiosity and compassion, we’ll explore how your identities, culture, and past experiences have shaped you—and how reclaiming those stories can move you toward grounded growth. As a queer clinician, I understand how important it is to feel seen, respected, and celebrated for your full identity.

I work with teens, adults, and parents who are navigating life transitions, identity exploration, stress, and relational challenges. Many of my clients are working to reconnect with their bodies, values, and inner voice after feeling stuck in roles or patterns that no longer serve them. I strive to create a space where you feel supported and empowered to explore who you are and how you want to move through the world.

Clients often describe our work as warm, grounded, and collaborative. I bring a steady presence to the room and hold space for both vulnerability and humor. Whether you’re new to therapy or returning after a difficult experience, we’ll go at a pace that feels safe and right for you. My goal is always to meet you where you are and to support the kind of change that feels meaningful and sustainable.
