You have found a great place to grow.
We equally value clinical competence and cultural competence. Our clinicians receive regular post-graduate training in issues that impact our clients, and we consider lifelong learning to be a foundation of good practice. We are active in our communities and often give trainings in our areas of expertise. We make a commitment to live the values of social justice and cultural humility in our practice.
Making the choice to invest in yourself and your family is courageous.
Being actively engaged means more. It's going back to the basics of what you need to show up as your best self. It means identifying your values and how you want to make a difference in your family and your world. Your best self can contribute so much more than one hampered by fears and conflict.
We live our values.
We commit to serving a wide variety of clients. Each therapist has a number of sliding scale or pro bono spots available. A portion of every session goes to subsidize individuals and families who otherwise wouldn't be able to access our services.
If we aren't in network with your insurance, our private rate is:
Individual therapy: $120 for 55 minutes
Relationship or family therapy: $160 for 55 minutes
$200 for 90 minutes
We are in network with Premera, Regence, First Choice, Kaiser, Medicare (Most Plans), Lyra, and Wellspring.
Out of Network: If you have an insurance not listed above, we may still be able to help. Many insurance plans accept out-of-network providers and will reimburse at up to 70% our services. We can either help you submit the claim or provide you with a monthly statement which can be submitted for reimbursement.
Please note: if you are using insurance, you are solely responsible for verifying your mental health benefits.
Some Questions to Ask:
If you plan to use your health insurance, please call your insurance company and confirm your benefits, including any co-pays or deductibles. Due to the recent changes in the insurance market, we recommend asking the following questions as you confirm your benefits:
What is my co-pay?
Do I have a deductible to meet?
Is my mental health benefit through the same insurance company as my medical benefit, or is it "carved out" to a different insurance company?
We are here to help.
If you have any challenges with getting answers to the above insurance questions, or you want more information about our practice, please don't hesitate to contact us and we can help.
